One thing I would change, is if the arrows terminate on one blob, to have them terminate in different spaces, so you can see if it is a line or a full arrow.

Unfortunately, Gliffy is somewhat limited in this way. If only I had made all the ovals octagons instead, they'd have eight places where things can attach... but ovals only have four. :(

There are very few one-way arrows on the map, if that helps. The only one that's hard to see is that the Masquerade tolerates the Roamers.

Nice octagons!

If you're planning on putting this in the Travelogue, I'd recommend adjusting a few lines to minimize crossing (it'll make it clearer).

Obvious stuff is:
- Move Mechanica above the Stored-Masquerade line.
- Swap the Nanori-Mechanica and Builder-Mechanica lines (right to left) so they don't cross.
- Move the CAPP to the right of the Stored-Replicant line.
- Either move the Spacers left of the Stardweller-Daoine line, or swap the positions of the Daoine and the Nanori

Also, is anyone else reminded of the alliance network pre-Great War? Campaign ideas...

Some of it is fixed now. Couldn't do all of that, but some of it helped a lot. I also managed to move the CAPP down to the south part of the map where they should be, and the Builders up towards the north.

As for the Great War, I now find myself looking for that one exploitable set of links that will bring everything else down. The north have so few allies. I think it would have to be a Builder/Stored conflict that starts the whole thing, though someone getting the Gaians and Replicants pissed at each other could work too. If the Gaians weren't pacifists.

World War One. I was only referring to Tempralisis' post; no hint intended there.

Builders & Logicians
Colin, you might want to move that Respect so its not sitting on the interesection of lines there. Its a touch confusing.

Edited for clarity.

Colin, you might want to move that Respect between Builders and Logicians so its not sitting on the interesection of lines there. The same for the allies between Union and Replicants. Its a touch confusing.

The chart is really easy to read now.

Some nit-picky things (won't make it easier to read, but will make it look a little better):

"fascination" on the line between Mechanica and Nanori overlaps the Replicant-Gaiain line. If the word "fascination" were shifted a little to the right, it wouldn't overlap, and would look better.
There's a bunch of text boxes at the right and bottom of the Southern blue alliance that overlap the edge of the alliance oval. I'd recommend shifting them so they're each either wholly inside or outside the oval (to avoid breaking the oval's line).

Again, readability is just fine now and my recommendations wouldn't help it anyway. They're just to make the whole thing look a little better.
